小松の繁華街から少し外れた立地。いつも買いに行くワイン屋さんにカードがあったから、前から気になってました。お祭りの日にたまたま通りかかり入店。
スパークリングワイン
ロエロ…明るいルビー。スミレの香り。少しの苦味と軽やかな飲み口
リス・ネリス…明るく微かに褐色。開栓したてだけどすぐに空気と反応して柔らかでエレガント。
岩もずく、タコ、ワカメは輪島
馬タン 厚切り…馬は歯応えがあって、脂が比較的少な目だから、満足感もありながら胃にもたれませんね。
馬刺 上赤身 真ん中は西洋ワサビ、辛味噌
