I visited this restaurant during a trip to Hokuriku. It's not close to the station, so it's a little inconvenient. If you take a taxi from Kanazawa, it can be very crowded depending on the time of day, so be careful. There's a bus stop nearby, so it might be better to take the bus◎ There were two people making the sushi, and the one who wasn't the chef seemed to be in charge of us, so I was a little annoyed at first, but when I talked to him, he was really fun and we had a really good time, so I'm grateful! lol I really like eating Sushi while talking♪ The best thing was the signature dish, the steamed blackthroat seaperch Sushi. It was so delicious it melted in my mouth! I also really liked the Tedorikawa sake. When I told them I was getting full, they made my share of tuna into a roll and gave it to me as a souvenir.
