『髭鬚張魯肉飯 金沢工大前店』@野々市工大前/ 石川
今回のハシゴスケジュールの中で個人的に思い入れのある一軒。予定に入れてくれたあんとんさんに感謝。
若かりし頃渋谷道玄坂での飲食業暗黒時代を支えてくれたマイソウルフード。
よくテイクアウトしては車中で掻き込んでたなぁ。
当時「魯肉飯」というのは珍しい存在でその未体験の旨さに驚きドハマりしたものだ。
後にこの店は突然関東圏から姿を消し、日本唯一の店舗が金沢で営業しているとの噂を聞いた。
あれから約２０年振りにあの髭のイラストの看板が目の前に•••あぁ感無量。

メニューは基本的に変わらない。魯肉飯は甘めのタレが美味。当時の味と比べると？
20年も経てばそんなのわからないよ。
しかし自分はこの髭鬚張魯肉飯のDNAを引き継ぐ新宿大久保百人町の人気カレー店で今も魯肉飯を食べている。今回原点回帰出来て良かった。
しばらく怪我でお休みしてたけど来月からいつもの日常が始まる。
