うどんも、お出汁も、美味しい事を知ってから めん房 本陣さんが、好きになりました。
と、いうことで！
やってきました～めん房 本陣。
今回は、家康弁当 ９２０円を注文。
弁当と言っても、弁当ではないランチメニューなのです。
地鶏と加賀野菜の天ぷら盛り、自家製うどんorそば(温・冷の選択も可)、茶碗蒸し、ご飯、漬物まで付いているのです～
やはり、ひとくち食べただけで、お出汁の美味しさがわかります！！！
いりこの風味がしてきて、円やかで 上品な味～～。
そして、うどんの方も、細いですが、コシもあって 喉こしがとって～も 良いです。
