雪が本格的に降り始める迄に、行こうと決めていたお店。
この週末、温泉とセットに、行ってきました(^-^)
国道から一つ入った筋の集落の中に有りました。
国道に所々、小さな看板があったので、迷うことなくたどり着けましたが、無かったら大変だったかも(((^^;)
普通の自宅を改装したお店です。
家庭的な玄関を入り、和室で頂けます。
胃の調子が今一だったので、整腸作用を期待して、おろしそばを頂きましたました。
出来上がる迄、そば茶とお漬物を頂くことに。
でも、直ぐに出来上がり(^^)
大きな器に、二八そばと大根おろしが。
大根おろしは、山盛りです(^^)d
ネズミ大根は辛いそうですが、それほど辛くはなかったです。
麺は見事なくらい細いです。この辺りでは珍しいのでは。
かかっている汁は、関西風でしょうか。もう少し濃くても大丈夫かな(^o^;)
この他に、そばがゆと蕎麦湯がついてきます。
ちょっとお高めでしたが、美味しゅうございました(^o^)
