白山市の人気蕎麦屋さんにおじゃましました。ゴールデンウィーク中の13:00ということで、空席待ちの覚悟をしていましたが、タイミング良く席が空き、すぐに席に着くことがてきました。しかし、その後は次々と来店客が続き、空席待ちの列ができていました。
メニューを見ると「おすみ花」とあり、見たことがない名前なので、お店の人に聞いたところ、炭いりだとか。限定品で、とてもおいしいので、ぜひ食べてみてくださいとのお墨付きもいただいたので、早速注文しました。
５分も待ったでしょうか？ おすみ花が到着です。私の今までの経験の中でも、最速だと思います。
早速見てみると、写真では良くわかりませんが、かなり濃いグレーでした。麺は細めで、こしもあり、ほのかな炭の香りがして、おすすめの言葉どおり、とてもおいしくいただきました。
次回はこれも限定品の「御膳そば」（更科そばだそうです。）を試してみたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
