金沢市の左隣にある野々市市にある蕎麦屋さん。
最寄りの駅は北陸鉄道石川線の野々市駅が近い。
駐車場は店の前に十分確保されている。
店内は入ってすぐに電動石臼のある蕎麦打ち部屋、更に扉を開けると左が調理場とカウンター、右が板の間の掘りごたつ式の和テーブル、奥が畳敷きの椅子席となっている。
蕎麦は細打，太打、創作そばがあり、合盛りという福井産細打と本日は常陸秋そばの細打の組み合わせを鴨汁で注文した。
蕎麦は粗挽き感があり、エッジが立っている。
切り幅とのし幅がいくらか異なり、水切りはとても良い。
蕎麦の味と香りはともにあり、特に秋そばが美味しい。
つけ汁は鴨肉片とネギで、良くできている。
蕎麦湯は湯呑で出てきて、風味は十分ある。
電動石臼をはじめ、玄蕎麦の選択やフランス産鴨肉などかなり本格的な蕎麦屋のようだ。
蕎麦の良い時期にはかなりの高評価が見込めそうだ。
