獅子吼高原ふもとにあるレストラン✿
何度も訪問させていただいてます♬
場所は白山市八幡町。
パーク獅子吼にあります。
山頂まで行けるゴンドラリフトやレジャー施設なんかも近くにあります。
駐車場も広く完備。
店舗は木の温もりを感じられる大きな施設の中に食工房としてあります。
席も階段状に配置されていて面白い造り。
昼は自然光が入りナチュラルな空間、夜は温かみのある薄暗いライトで落ち着いた空間。
周りも自然に囲まれていて、毎日の忙しい騒がしい日々からも離れられw、とても癒されます❀
食工房のそばには雑貨やアウトドアグッズを扱っているショップもあります。
雑貨を見てるだけでも癒されるし楽しい(*´∇｀*)
訪問は祝日の夜。予約なしで訪問。
予想通り満席。。
待ってる人も数組いましたが、少し待つことに。。
待ってる間は近くのショップで雑貨を見てました。
手作りの雑貨が多く、見てるだけでも楽しいです♬
順番が来たら、放送でも案内してくれるようです。
一通り雑貨も見て、施設内もウロウロして、食工房に戻ったころにちょうど順番が来ました。
席は階段の中盤より手前側。
テーブルには可愛いろうそくも置いてありました。
落ち着きます❀
オーダーバイキングが人気あるようですが、平日のみの予約制で、予約もいっぱいらしく待ちの状態みたいです。
実施期間は3月31日までみたいですが、延長されるのかな？
今回は夜のセットメニュー『ペアセット』をオーダー。
二人分のセットメニューで、
サラダ×２、お好きなピザ(シェア)、お好きなパスタ(シェア)、デザート×２、お好きなドリンク×２
ピザは「海の幸」 イカ・エビ・タコ
パスタは「渡り蟹のトマトソース」
デザートはティラミス。
ドリンクは紅茶を。
もく遊りんさんと言えば『ピッツァ』。
イタリアから直輸入したピザ窯で薪を使って焼き上げます。
パリッとモチッとしていて美味しい..♡
こちらに来るとやっぱりピザは頼んでしまいます^^*
パスタもイタリア産セモリナ粉と石川県産ゆきちからをブレンドしたオリジナルパスタだそうです。
太めのパスタでモチモチ♡
渡り蟹のソースがまた太めのパスタに絡んで美味しいです..(*￣∇￣*)
デザートのティラミスも美味しかった♡
スタッフの方もとても親切で好印象。
とても低姿勢に柔らかく話される方もいて(店長さんだったかな)、また来ます^^と思わず言いましたw
雰囲気も落ち着くし、ピザもパスタも美味しいし、心地よい時間でした✿
