金沢駅から真っ直ぐ南に向かい山の中をロードバイクで突っ切り行って来たのがここ。
周りは本当に緑しかないので場所が合っているのか不安になりましたが。
それに合わせて建物自体もほぼ木材で雰囲気も良好です。
さて、今回注文したのは
【オレンジ香る鶏もも肉ときのこのペペロンチーノ 1580円】
【ミニアランチーニ4個 600円】
名前からして美味しそうな雰囲気しかありませんがいざ実食。
ペペロンチーノはオレンジの香りと酸味がアクセントになっていて爽やかな感がある。
更に香ばしくローストされた鶏もも肉はゴロット大きく、満足感もある。
そして、珍しく長ネギが入っており、キノコはエリンギにマッシュルーム。
それぞれ違った食感が楽しめる為、飽きのこない美味しいパスタでした。
そして、ミニアランチーニ。
ミニとあるけど、トマト位の大きさがあり、それが4つ。
外はサクッ、中はトロッ!チーズのリゾット。
バジルソースを絡めて食べれば完璧、とっても美味しい。
バジルの葉っぱも付いているが、こちらも一緒に食べてしまうのも良いかもしれない。
総じて雰囲気もよく、食事も美味しい、満足の行くお店でした。
次はピザも食べてみようかな。
