ここしばらくの疑問が解決しました。
餃子の皮が好きだと言っても賛同者がいなかったんですよね。
それを、ここあひるの餃子を食べて解決です。
この店の餃子は関東タイプです。中の餡を充分練ったタイプです。
金沢で食べられる関西風の具の食感を楽しむタイプではありません。
アンコでいうと粒と練りの違い。うーん、説明が難しいです。
金沢で食べる焼き餃子より少し水餃子や小龍包寄りです。
ネットの餃子レシピにも餡は良く練ると書いてあるハズです。
最低５分は練る。関東の店の餃子はほぼこれです。
この練った餡を包み皮は麺で言えばコシがある皮。これがうまい。
水餃子や小龍包の皮を想像してください。やみつきになります。
この関東風餃子を唯一味わえるので評価は甘めになります。
