鶴来方面へ向かう最中にある餃子のお店です。
見た目はこじんまりとした定食屋といった体です。
どうやらご家族で営まれているようです。
焼餃子(6個・380円)は厚手の皮がモチモチとして、焼き目はカリカリです。
中のあんはしっかり練られ、ジューシーですが、
分厚い皮に対してやや弱いか。
他にもさっぱりといただくならしそ餃子、
もっとこってりいきたいならチーズ餃子等、色々とあります。
水餃子(6個・420円)はモチモチの餃子がスープに沈んでいます。
スープは鶏ガラ、とはいえ多分スープの素を溶かしただけです。
これに食べるラー油と柚子こしょうが添えられ、それでいただきます。
食べるラー油は水餃子と相性ぴったり。
香ばしい香りがあんの物足りなさを補ってくれます。
逆に柚子こしょうは少し強すぎる気もします。
気軽に通える町の餃子と定食の店といった印象です。
お好み焼きや唐揚げもあり、餃子以外にもメニューは種類豊富です。
