鳥越でも奥の方にあるこちらのお店。
通り沿いに看板は出ていますが、途中で道が合っているか不安にならない程度に場所は調べておきましょう。一揆そばさんよりもかなり奥です。
「にわか」というのは豊年のお祭りの名前だそうです。かなりシュールな看板の謎が解けました。
お店の周辺は蕎麦畑が広がっています。
駐車場は店前にかなりの台数がとめられますが、繁忙期にはそれでもいっぱいになりますのでご注意を。
今回は連休中の昼に伺いましたが、12時頃に着いたところ駐車場がないくらいの人出でビックリ！数年前の訪問時にはすぐに入れたので、こんな人気店になっていたとは…。結局１時間待ちでした。
お店の中には朝どれ野菜や雑貨なんかも並んでいます。
また、予約制でそば打ち体験もできますので興味ある方は是非。
今回は温かい蕎麦を食べたかったので、山菜とろろそばを注文しました。優しい味の出汁、素朴な味わいの打ち立て蕎麦が美味でした‼︎山菜や木の子も出汁との相性ピッタリです！今風のオシャレな蕎麦ではないけれど、ホッとする一杯に大満足でした❣️
そろそろ新蕎麦の時季なので、次は冷たいお蕎麦を食べに伺いたいと思います^ ^
