My favorite is miso Ramen.
There is a row of ROUND 1 and a large parking lot. The inside of the restaurant was a counter, × 4 seats for 2 people, and 2 × 4 seats. There is also an original menu at this restaurant, and I think the ankake Ramen is exquisite, but basically, I'm looking forward to being able to compare the local miso Ramen. I eat all of them, and then I choose miso depending on my mood. I got the following items: Vegetable miso Ramen 920 yen Saikyo miso Ramen 750 yen Bite Gyoza / Dumpling (10 pieces) 300 yen Mini fried rice 300 yen Vegetable miso Ramen seems to be the most popular, but this Ramen is all 1.5 balls, so the volume is not half as large. The taste is a soup with little miso-like habit. Saikyo Miso Ramen may be a sweet white miso paste and a wicked way, but I think the slightly softer noodles are the best match. If you like chewy noodles, you may ×. Gyoza / Dumpling like to eat it without anything or with vinegar alone. The soy sauce is a little thick, so be careful about the amount if you add it. The fried rice has a nostalgic seasoning. Sometimes the salt and pepper is too effective, but it's charming.

Misozen is a brand where you can enjoy Ramen made with miso from all over Japan.
"Misozen" Ramen uses miso from all over Japan, including Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Kyushu. We offer a wide variety of Ramen flavors made with these miso soups. |
If I'm not on a business trip, I visit once a month. I like the atmosphere created by the husband, who is in charge of cooking, and the wife, who is in charge of the floor. My favorites at Misozen are the Saikyo miso Ramen and the Hatcho miso Ramen. I can't resist the Genkai miso, either. But this time, I decided to give it a try! What I had was: Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) with seafood broth (1.5 bowls) 780 yen Topped with 5 slices of pork 250 yen Rich miso Ramen 780 yen Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) can be served either hot or cold. The noodles are smooth and delicious, and 250 yen for 5 slices of pork is a great deal♪
