I happened to drop into Misozen Fukufukutei in Yokokawa, Kanazawa City. I ate there during dinner time on the weekend. There are eight seats at the counter, six at the tables, and three seats on the raised platform. This time I sat at the counter. As the name suggests, the miso ramen is their specialty, and from their specialty menu I ordered the Sesame Tantanmen and 10 bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling. The Sesame Tantanmen was spicy, but I didn't really get the sesame flavor. I wish it had a bit more of both the sesame flavor and the spiciness. The bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling had a chewy skin. Since Gyoza / Dumpling were small, I think it would have been better if the skin was thinner. Thank you for the meal.
