～多分、今までで一番のハンバーガーかも～
“飲食店の勉強代行業”の大久保一彦は石川県は白山市鶴来に出没しております。
まずは、顧問先と菊姫酒造で日本酒の御勉強にアテンドしてます。

ここまで来たので、せっかくですから、菊姫の菊姫の精米所兼倉庫のそばにある『３８ダイニング』で“日本一おいしい”と噂のハンバーガーをいただいてお勉強することにしましょう。
こちらのメニューが、その“日本一”と噂のハンバーガーですね。
実は、これ、夜にのみ提供しているという情報を入手したので、元の宮本さんにオーナーに手を回して昼食べれられるように予約しておきました。
では、早速、注文して実食しましょう。

う～ん、これは～、う・ま・い・～！や・ば・い・～！
今まで食べたハンバーガーの中で一番うまいかも～
聞けば、私が元オーナーに紹介させていただいた東京の『旬熟成』のパテを仕入れ、その肉に赤身肉を加えたて独自の配合をしたとか。
な・る・ほ・ど・ぅ・～。
確かに『旬熟成』のパテは、強いインパクトがあり、おいしすぎる面がある。
一方、私が食べた八ンバーガー屋のほとんどはボリュームがあるが脂が多く、うっとなるし、肉味がない。
そのどちらでもない、食べきっても、もう一個いけそうなうまさがある。

現マスター、凄い～。

ふだんのランチは、こんな感じです。
多分、これならランチのハンバーガーもうまいはずですね。
いろいろメニューがあって、この辺境の地で地域密着して、なくてはならない店ですね。
