あまりチェーン店は書きたくないのですが、
最近のスシローはすごくて書かざるを得ないです。（笑）
20時で終わりの金沢を避けて、
野々市のスシローに。
今は世界のうまいもんになってますが、
９月上旬までは全国うまいもん祭りでした。
生さんま、ほや、生ほたて、鯛めし握り、イカ丼にぎりなど、
どれもクオリティが半端ないです。
今回のレスピラシオンの匠の一皿は
漆黒の誘惑 スシ アロス ネグロというものです。
いしるを使ったイカをイカ墨であえたものです。
甘えびのやつと似てて、
結構イカ墨の旨さがちゃんと出せてますね。
おいしいです。
フカカツはちょっといまいちだったかも。（笑）
こんだけバンバンキャンペーンを、
クオリティを維持して、
続けていけるなんて、
スシローの開発担当者は大変だなぁ～と思いました。（*´∀｀*）
