とんでもなく暑い1日でした。
こんな日は…肉とワインだ！
ということで、気になっていたア·ターブルさんへ。
先ずはおすすめのオードブル盛り合わせをエビスの黒ビールと合わせます。
そして鴨のもも肉コンフィとニュージーランド産牧草牛ヒレ肉のステーキです。
コンフィは外側がパリッと仕上がって中はしっとり柔らかです。
牛ヒレは分厚いですがなかなか上手こと火入れしています。
和牛ではないので、さっぱり食べれました。ワインと非常に良く合います。
パスタもバランス良く茹で加減もバッチリです。
追加で仔羊肩ロース肉のグリル。
こちらもしっかり厚みがあって食べごたえ十分でした。ソースがまたワインに合います。
デザートまで抜かり無く堪能しました。
