お店の名前にある「ジッリオ」とはユリの花のことで、つまりは「フィレンツェのユリ」という店名です。トスカーナ料理のお店です。フィレンツェで修業をされていたようです。
フィレンツェといえばトスカーナ地方の中心都市で、ルネサンス時代に大いに繁栄したところですね。
とある土曜日のランチにお邪魔しました。一応、念のために事前の予約を入れました。
メイン道路から少し入ったところにお店はひっそりとあります。目立たないですね。
ランチは1,100円(税込)の日替わりランチから、3,250円のフィレンツェランチコースまであります。
我々はその中からパスタランチ(1,700円税込)を頼みます。
前菜の盛合せ、スープ、パスタ、自家製フォカッチャ、ミニドルチェ盛合せ、飲み物が付いています。ボリューム満点でお得なセットでした。
まずは、前菜盛合せですが、野菜や魚介もたっぷり入っていて、ベーコンは自家製。フォカッチャも自家製。好きなフォカッチャの味でした。
ミネストローネスープも付いていました。ちょうどこの日で冬のスープとしてのミネストローネスープは終わりだったようで、翌日からは春向けのスープにかわるということでした。
パスタはトマトソースベースが５種類。クリームソースが２種類。オリーブオイルベースが2種類の計９種類の中から選びます。一部追加料金が必要な種類もあります。
私はオリーブオイルベースの「アンチョビとキャベツのペペロンチーノ」を頼みます。オリーブオイルが熱々です。春キャベツのシャキッとした食感と甘み、アンチョビの塩気と旨みでいい塩梅の仕上がりです。
セットのパスタは単品のハーフサイズのようですが、それよりは量は多そうです。
妻はトマトソースベースの「天然ブリのシチリア風」を頼みました。シチリアといえばトマトとナスの産地として有名ですが、ナスは使われていませんでした。ブリはたっぷりと入っていましたよ。
ドルチェは２種類盛られています。右は自家製のプリンです。これはなかなか美味しいです。
飲み物は二人ともエスプレッソを頼みました。とても濃い味のエスプレッソでした。
お店自体はご夫婦で切り盛りされているアットホームな感じのお店で、気軽にイタリアンを楽しむには適していると思いました。ご馳走様でした。
