朝 開店と同時くらいに 入店して メニューの多さに少しびっくりしました じっくり見て 一番シンプルな 氷見ラーメン塩を注文して 食べてみました スープは もう白濁敷いて 「おっ」って思いつつスープを 飲んでみると 白ごまをすりつぶした物が 入っているように感じました そう言っても それほど強くなく とてもおいしくいただきました 煮卵もほどよく 半熟で 焼き豚も バラ肉でしょうか 程よく焼かれて 脂身が しっかり残っているので スープに浸かった時に 程よく溶けて とても美味しくいただきました
