土曜の12：00前に行きました。
店内には2組いました。こじんまりしたお店で昼しか営業していないようです。
まづお茶とそばの揚げたものが出されます。注文したのは、にしんもりそばの大盛り。
20分くらい待ったでしょうか。麺は粒が粗い感じでしっかり冷やしてあり、噛み応えのある美味しい手打ち。
つゆはちょっと薄めかな。薬味についてる海苔と一緒にそばを食べると磯の香りがとても良かったです。
にしんは硬めで骨抜きされており食べやすかった。
食べ終わる頃に蕎麦湯が提供され、サービス面も充実していました。
価格も大盛りで1650円と本格的な割りにリーズナブル。
手軽に本格的なそばを食べたい時におすすめです。
