気になったので訪問。
石川県能美市湯屋町。
さとやま設計社内。
15時入店。
先客は4,5組。
メニューを拝見すると、オムライスの種類が14種類。
健康面にも気を使われており、カリフラワーライスへの変更可能（+220円）。
カリフラワーライスとは、カリフラワーをお米の大きさまで細かく刻んだもの。
これで糖質が1/25になるそうだ。
玉子は地元養鶏場の安全なものを使用。
「和風おろしオムライス:880円+カリフラワーライス:220円（=1100円）」を注文。
約20分ほどで提供された。
もっと野菜感が目立つのかと思いきや、実に美味しい。
お米ではないのだが、お米のような感覚で味わえる。
もちろん玉子はふわっふわで完璧な仕上がり。
女性に大人気になるのは頷ける。
店内はロッジ風で木の温もりを感じる。
天井が高く、開放感があ。
窓からは、のどかな田園風景が広がる。
家具やスピーカーなどお洒落なレイアウト。
さすがアート村にあるお店だ。
屋外テラス席4卓
4人掛け2卓、5人掛け1、2人掛け3卓。
店員さんは女性スタッフ1人、男性スタッフ1人。
丁寧な対応で気持ちが良い。
接客はO.K.。
完全禁煙。ありがたい。
