3日前から電話予約して家族で伺いました。
家族にアレルギーと食べれないものがあたのであらかじめ伝えると
快くお受けしていただけました。
当日は予約だけで一杯なのかcloseの札が出ていました。
結構山奥で民家の中にあったので畑仕事や作業しているご近所さんを見ながら来店。
バリスタ(男性が)接客でシェフは女性(奥様)でした。
バリスタの説明が細かくて前菜からパスタまで一部始終説明がありました。ご近所さんからの頂き物の栗とか(#^.^#)クールな感じの中にユーモアのあるご主人でした。
生パスタ好きなので美味しくいただけました。
