真也食堂さんへ行ってきました。
もつ煮と煮干しそばの食堂。
もつ煮が大好きなので、気になっていたお店です♬
場所は白山市柴木町。
大通りより中に入り、少し分かりにくい場所。
夜の訪問だったので、辺りも暗く、なおさらでした(￣▽￣;)
辺りが暗い中、『真也食堂』と大きく書かれた看板を見つけて、嬉しくなりましたw
店舗は一軒家風の少し年季の入った建物。
店内はカウンター席と小上がり席とありました。
駐車場はお店前と横に完備。
先客２組、後客１組、お客さんもわりと入ってきてて、人気が伺えます。
店内はもつと煮干しの香りが漂ってます。
入店すると、寡黙な店主さんがワンオペで黙々と作業しておられました。
入口そばの食券を購入するように言われ、その後カウンター席へ案内されました。

(数種類の味噌と自家製の出汁醤油で作るこだわりのもつ煮)
もつ煮、ごはん、味噌汁、サラダ、漬物のセット。
わたし達のオーダーでラストでした(^_^;)
食べられて良かったー♡
もつはトロトロに煮込まれて、柔らかく、お味噌の味付けで美味しいです。
ごはんが進みますね♬
煮干しそばも気になります♬
ランチは煮干しそばと小さめのもつ煮とライスのセットもあるので、お得ですね。
