鶴来の田舎道を更に脇に入った田んぼと住宅地の中にあるラーメン屋(食堂？)
はっきり言って、このお店目当てか近所に知り合いでもいない限り通らない場所笑笑
しかしながら週末のランチ時は多くのお客さんで賑わっている
駐車場は6台停められるが、満車になっている場合は細い道沿いな為、停車して待つことができない
前に一度伺った時は満車で諦めた
今回も11時20分くらいに伺ったら既に満車で、道の端に車を寄せてどうしようか考えていたら間もなく一台空いたので何とか入店
店内はカウンターに6席ほど、小上がりにテーブルがひとつ(4～6名用？)
若い店主がひとりで切り盛りしていた
おつまみメニューもまあまあ充実しているが、このお店の看板メニューは煮干しラーメンともつ煮込み
ランチ限定の煮干しラーメンともつ煮込み小とライス小のセットにした
先にもつ煮込みとライスが出され、それを食べながらラーメンを待つ
ほどなくラーメン着丼
もつ煮込みは臭みも一切なく味噌で煮込まれた相当レベルの高い物
煮干しラーメンはエグミなどはなく、クセが比較的少ない万人受けするタイプ
響の濃厚煮干しラーメンが好きな人は少し物足りないかもしれないけど、私はこれくらいがちょうど良い
もつ煮込みを混ぜて食べると味噌ラーメン風になりますと書いてあったので試してみたけど、私は別々に食べたい派かな笑笑
