石川県野々市にある二郎系らーめん店
並盛200㌘～特盛400㌘で選べます。 |
ここ最近、ラーメン激戦区になっている工大周辺。
うつのみや野々市店のすぐそば、金色堂さんの隣の隣です。
ボリュームのインパクトが強い二郎系ラーメンですが、
店名の通り中毒性のある満足感がありますね…
駐車場は店前に3台程停められます。
店内は比較的広めでコロナ対策も比較的安心かと。
カウンター5席くらいに2人がけテーブルが8卓程あったかな。
システムは特徴があるのでお伝えしとくと、
まず入って左側の券売機で好きなラーメンの食券を買います。
食券に野菜や背脂の量の増減を赤ペンで書いて店員さんに渡します。
空いていればすぐに席に誘導されますが、混雑している時は順番です。
席で待っているとフードコートのように、出来上がったら席番号を呼んでくれるので、自分で撮りに行って、ニンニクなどのトッピングをいれて席に戻ります。
食べます。
写真は麺小、野菜増。
スープは豚骨醤油でガッツリ、ニンニクとよく合います
具はたっぷりのもやしに分厚いチャーシュー。
麺は小でも普通ラーメン屋さんの並くらいあります。
食べれるかなーと思いきや意外とこれが食べれちゃいますね！
お店前には短い期間に３回食べて欲しいとのこと。
たしかに中毒性がありそうな一杯でした！
（ちなみに晩ご飯はお腹いっぱいで食べられませんでした笑）
