スイーツとアートのコラボレーション。
パティシエ辻口博啓による斬新な構想のもと、誕生したミュージアム＆カフェ。同氏の砂糖の芸術作品（シュークルダール）が展示される「ミュゼ（美術館）」とオリジナル・スイーツが味わえる「カフェ」、スイーツのテイクアウトやギフトにも利用できる「パティスリーブティック」の3つで構成。 |
この日は念願だった加賀屋さんに宿泊。チェックイン後に夜ご飯の時間まで街なかを散策。こちらは有名なケーキ屋さんです。立地が海沿いで店内で飲食したら席からの眺めが良さそうです。焼きドーナツを頂いて、旅館に戻ってから食べました。しっとりしていて、ドーナツというよりも和菓子を食べている感覚です。
