無骨な居酒屋の店構えに誘われ入ってみた。
広い調理場を囲むように、コの字型の大きなカウンター席。
奥には座敷。
あちらもこちらも、皆さん盛り上がってます。
常連さんらしき人達の料理を横目に見つつ注文したのは
刺身盛りやアジの塩焼き、すり身揚げ、アスパラバター焼きなど。
刺身は切ってあったのを盛り付けたのか
非常に早く出てきたのでびっくり。
鮮度はバツグン。
七尾湾がすぐそこなのでやはり美味い。
料理・味付けとしてはごく平凡な居酒屋メニューなのだが
魚介の鮮度が良いので充分楽しめる。
また地元民で盛り上がる店内の活気が良い。
配膳の女性陣が元気よく、まるで
沖縄の居酒屋に入ったような気分になった。
これでお値段が安ければ面白い店なんだが。
予想通りの請求額でした。
