盛岡滞在中、とりあえず食すべきは冷麺。ぴょんぴょん舎の冷麺を目指して盛岡駅前店に向かいました。ぴょんぴょん舎の冷麺は盛岡じゃなくてもと思いますが、気にしません。観光客が集中する時間を避けて14：30到着。店内のタブレットで受付。待ち時間がほとんどなく2階のカウンター席に案内されました。店内は開放的でオシャレな空間です。注文は冷麺とチヂミで決まり。10分ほどでテーブルに到着しました。お腹に余裕があれば焼肉もありですが今回はスルー。冷麺の辛味（キムチ）は別皿にしました。まず、鉄板上のチヂミをタレにつけて口の中に。美味い！次はメインの冷麺にキムチを入れスープに溶かして麺をすくい上げて口の中に。いつもの味です。大きな感動はないが安定の美味さです。やはり、夏の暑い時期に食べると違う感動を感じられるかもしれません。具材は夏はスイカで、冬は梨。彩りが違うのも大きなポイントです。とりあえず美味かった！ご馳走様でした。
