「レストラン熊さんレストラン熊さん」でランチをいただいたら、路線バスに乗って盛岡駅まで戻って来て、いよいよ本場盛岡冷麺をいただくことになり、こちらのお店に伺いました。
盛岡駅前に位置するこちらのお店は、玄関のドアからして高級焼肉店という佇まいです。
重い玄関を開けてお店に入ると整理券を取ってしばらく待ったのですが、お昼時間は過ぎていたので、すぐに2Fのテーブル席に案内されました。
焼肉をおつまみにしばらく飲んだ後、冷麺(激辛)を注文。
焼肉は何を注文したのか忘れましたが、肉が美味しい上に着けダレが数種類あってそれぞれ楽しめて美味しかったです。
冷麺は見た目が美しいのですが、スープと麺をよく混ぜていただきます。
スープは私好みで、あまり甘くなく、激辛だけに後から辛さが舌全体に回ってきますが、おいしい。麺は結構ねっとりした感じでしたが、これは茹でた麺の洗い方次第なのですかね。
歯ごたえもちょうど良い茹で加減で美味しかったです。
瞬く間に食べ終わって最後にスープを飲もうと思ったのですが、残ったスープが辛すぎて残してしまいました。
盛岡にいる間に4軒ほど有名どころで冷麺を食べましたが、ここの冷麺が私の中ではNo.1だと思っています。帰りにお土産の冷麺を買って、お店を後にしました。ごちそうさまでした。
