盛岡といえば「盛岡冷麺」が有名で、盛岡駅地下街にも数店舗ほど提供しているお店がありますが、今回はちょっとだけ足を伸ばして有名店である「ぴょんぴょん舎 盛岡駅前店」へ。
入口で受付をしますが、時間も少し遅かったこともありすぐに案内。
通された席は、座敷席で1人で利用するのがもったいないくらい。
リニューアル記念のフェア実施中で、少しはお得に食べれたのでしょうか。
盛岡冷麺+石焼ピビンパにさらに焼肉の「ハラミ」を追加した「ハラミランチセット」をチョイス。
メニューの裏面には、「サッポロパーフェクト黒ラベル」が小さめのジョッキとはいえ比較的安価(400円)で提供されており、せっかくなので一緒に頂きます。
10分弱ですべてのメニューが揃いますが、まず頂いたのはハラミ。
柔らかくしっかり味のついたハラミは絶品。
その後冷麺とピビンバを頂き大満足。
冷麺はお酢を使って味の濃さの調整が必要ですけど好みに合わせれて最高ですよね。
