岩手での用務の後、案内してくれた方々と、こちらのお店で懇親会を持ちました。
”ぴょんぴょん”と言うと、私は蛙か兎を想起してしまいますが、盛岡では牛豚の焼肉の名店とされているようです。我らがさいたまの△楽亭や○助（←そのままだ）と違い、店内には凛とした高級感が漂います。
手配してもらったのは5000円の飲み放題付きコース。生ビールももとより、”ぴょんぴょん舎の生マッコリ”を含んだ、マッコリカクテル各種も飲み放題。生ビール、生マッコリ、それぞれ3杯以上頂きました。
食事の方はおおむね提供順に、サムギョプサル→豚トロ→ハラミ→カルビ→キムパ→チヂミ→コプチャン？→ビビンバ又は冷麺→デザート。コプチャンとは何ぞや？と店員さんに聞きましたが、結局よく分かりませんでした。ホルモンでしょうか。そちらも含めて、全体的にレベルの高い肉素材と感じました。サンチュは随時、お替りし放題。店員さんも基本的にレベルの高い応対をしてくれます。これで5000円、東京ではありえないというのがメンバーの感想。名店との位置づけも納得しました。
