以前から何回かこのお店には行っていました。肉好きで雰囲気も良いこのお店は、数か月に一度のペースで訪問しています。
この日は、コースメニューではなくアラカルトメニューをオーダー。
イチボステーキと車海老にユッケ。
イチボステーキは綺麗にサシが入っており味も抜群。さすがＡ５ステーキ！
車海老はメニューに書かれてあるとおり「特大」 30㎝はあったと思います。
特に感動したのは初めて目にしたユッケでした。（以前は見落としていたのかな？）
生肉好きの私は、どこへ行ってもついユッケを注文してしまうのですが、この店のユッケは絶品でした。
なんでもステーキのお肉をそのままユッケに出しているとか。
どうりで旨いわけだ！と思わず納得してしまいました。
お値段は1800円と少々高めでしたが、食べてみれば納得のお値段。
過去に食べたユッケの中ではおそらく一番美味しかったのではないかと・・・
その他にもお店の方のお勧めで佐助豚ステーキをオーダー。
にんにくと生姜の利いたソースを鉄板で温め、肉の上からザーッとかけて出されましたが、これも絶品。
以前から訪問していた店なのに、もう少し早く気づいておくべきたっだと今度は後悔（泣）。
〆は、知人の間でも評判の高いガーリックライス。
通常のお店ではガーリックライスなのかチャーハンなのかわからないものが多いと感じていますが、この店は正真正銘のガーリックライスでした。
にんにくが肉の脂で焦げる匂いがたまらなく食欲をそそり、一口食べて、思わず「旨い！」。
あっと言う間の完食でした。良いお肉を使ってるなと感じるくらい、しっかりと肉の味が出ていて、にんにくと塩との絶妙なバランスが保たれていたのが印象的でした。
数か月ぶりに行ってみたのですが、以前よりも満足感があり楽しいひと時でした。
