I made a reservation online and visited the restaurant. It seems that many of the customers are locals and visit on special occasions such as anniversaries. They also had a reasonably priced wine, so I ordered one. I added a matsutake mushroom wrapped in meat (around 5,500 yen) and, persuaded by the customer next to me, a salted Hamburg to the 11,400 yen course. If you're a local, it's a good idea to order a la carte.
