とある研修会が中の橋であり、お昼はシャルテンさんにしようと前から思ってました。
シャルテンさんのカレーは約20年ぶり。
昔、スパイスカレーにかなりハマってた時代があり、インド系、イギリス系、サリサリカレーなど…
今でも、自前のスパイス(カルダモン、クミン、コリアンダーのMIX)をお昼の弁当袋に入れ毎日、持ち歩いてるほど…(≧∇≦)
店内に入ると、カレーよりにんにくと生姜臭がすごく、食べる前から胃が活発に運動し始めました(≧∇≦)
▪まぜまぜカレー
豚バラ肉入りカレーを白飯に混ぜ温玉を載せたスパイスが強いカレーです。
辛さは3辛で1番辛いやつを注文しました。
甘しょっぱい和風ソースが付くので、好みで後半に掛けて味変しても楽しいですよ!!
食べ終わった時には、汗がどびゃ～ (^-^;
かなり代謝が良くなったと実感しました。
