この度は、飲み歩きの合間に寄らせて頂きました！！
醸造の様子も店内外から伺えて醸造独特の匂いに包まれたフロア展開です！！！
当然、ベアレンビールにピッタリなメニュー展開、我々はラクレットチーズがお目当てのでしたのでそれを堪能できる様にお願いし、他にもぉ一品。

バゲットラクレットチーズを掛けるだけのメニューは無いのですが、純粋にチーズの旨さを堪能すべく無理を言ってお願いを快く聴いていただけました！
熱々のラクレットチーズのマッタリとして濃厚なチーズの濃ゆい味わいと香りがベアレンビールに最適なお料理です！！！

磯の香り高く白ワインで濃密にしまったシューリ貝は貝自体の旨さも去ることながら、貝殻で救いとるスープも格別に！！

ビールに打ってつけのおっさん2名では逆に浮いちゃった感じでした！！
