岩手県にある老舗の蕎麦屋さんです。
どのくらい老舗かって言うと、創業が1619年だそです。400年以上続いてるんだってさ。
そんなお店でランチしてみましたよ。
メニューは蕎麦、丼物、ラーメンなどなど。
気になったのが夏季限定の冷風麺。なんだろね？
と言うことで、注文したのは下記です。
揚げ出し豆腐 420円
冷風麺 980円
蕎麦湯割り 350円×2杯
まず最初に蕎麦湯割りと柿の種が到着です。
蕎麦湯割りは濃厚で美味しい〜。蕎麦湯が濃厚だと美味しいんだよね。蕎麦屋さんだけで呑める贅沢ですなぁ〜。
揚げ出し豆腐はフワリと美味しい。
さすが老舗の蕎麦屋さんだわ。
そして、〆は冷風麺。
出てきたのがコチラです。
細めの中華麺を使用。具はチャーシュー、錦糸卵、クラゲ、きゅうり、紅生姜、海苔、クルミ。味は酢醤油。
いわゆる冷し中華だね。
江戸時代は冷し中華と言わずに冷風麺と言ったのか？
冗談はさておき、普通に美味しい冷風麺でしたよ。
江戸時代から続く蕎麦屋さんは蕎麦割りがナイスだったのでした。
