この日はカツ丼食べたくなったので、盛岡市内の蕎麦屋さんに、蕎麦屋さんなのにカツ丼美味いらしい、さてこの日はあいにくの雪でしたが、おかげで待ちは無し、店内に入り座敷席に案内されて、メニューを見ながらカツ丼を注文します。中華そばなんかもあるんですね。
さて10分くらいでカツ丼が提供されます。どんぶりいっぱいのカツが良いですね。美味しいそう。さてまずは一口、甘いタレと肉厚のお肉が旨い、衣が旨いのはさすがですね。
やはり、タレが旨いです。なかなか出汁の効いたタレは家庭では無理ですね。
やはり蕎麦つゆが美味いのかな？
次は蕎麦か中華そば食べてみようと思います。
