盛岡の土曜の夜は、街での一人定例会
何軒か断られこちらに流れ着きました。
場所は、じゃじゃ麺の「白龍」さんのお隣
これぞ飲み屋といった趣です。
寡黙なご主人と奥様でやってらっしゃいます。飲み物は、生ビールの後は日本酒常温
食べ物は、サンマ焼きと焼き茄子と串カツをいただきました。
焼き茄子と日本酒は最高の組み合わせです。
今日は会話は控え、お料理と雰囲気をじっくり楽しみました。
