忘年会の2軒目はBarへ。
多分、十年程前に1度訪問しているはずのこちらのお店。
ウェルカムドリンク？としてコンソメスープが出されたことでソレを思い出す。
先客は一組のみ、仲間と3人でカウンターに座りメニューを眺める。
オススメの中からまだ見ぬウイスキーを。
【アードベック10年】
・「究極のアイモランド」と称され、スコットランドのモルトウイスキー。
独特なスモーキーさが強めな中にも仄かな甘さ。
これはソーダ割りで頂きました。
2度炒りしたナッツを摘みながら、おじさん達は何故か住宅の話で盛り上がり、もう一杯違うソーダ割りを頂きましたが、写真をも撮り忘れるほどに楽しくて居心地が良くて閉店までおりました。
声を張らずに会話が出来て落ち着いた大人の空間、自分もそれが心地良い年代なんだと実感した夜でした。
