前日に予約をして、連れと二人で夜7時に入店。
さんさ祭りの真最中とあって外は凄い人だかり。
そのせいもあってか、店内は5組程のお客さんで店主1人でも余裕がある感じでした。
まずはビールとお通しの生湯葉の刺身を頂く。この生湯葉が半端なく美味い(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
湯葉は結構色んな店で食べてきましたが、どこよりもトロッとしていてクリームのよう。なんでも、店主自らのお手製なのだとか！
そして、近海バチ鮪、馬刺し、アイナメなど5種盛りのお造り。新鮮なのは勿論のこと、一切れが厚めに切ってあり食べ応えがあります‼︎
どうしても食べたくて、前日から頼んであった前沢牛のすき焼き。「こちらも厚めに切ってあるので、ゆっくり食べて頂いても絶対に硬くはなりません」とのこと。
前沢牛は柔らかくて脂身が甘くて最高です(๑>◡<๑)
〆に店主お手製のうどんを入れて美味しいつゆを堪能！
プラチナポークの唐揚げは外はカラッと揚がっているのに、まるで煮込んだ角煮の様に肉がほろほろと箸でちぎれます。こちらも、脂身が美味しいです(๑>◡<๑)
とにかく店主お手製の湯葉をもう一皿食べたいと話していたら、隣のテーブルでも口を揃えて「湯葉！」とリクエストが。それに続けとばかりに「うちも湯葉をお願いします！」と言うと「生湯葉と水菜のサラダはどうでしょう」と言われてそれに。美味しかったです(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
