土曜の14時近く、店内はほぼ満席です。
山田直送の魚介をふんだんに使ったイタリアンで有名なこちらは、TVにも取り上げられ人気店ですね。
片付けるのに5分待ってください、とのこと。はい。5分なら。
店内は一見狭いようですが、複雑な作りで工夫して席数はけっこう確保されています。
ひっそり穏やかな桜山の店外と、ギュウギュウ詰めで熱気あふれる店内の落差が面白いです。
本日はもうパスタしか出せないとのことで、ランチパスタセットAとBで。
前菜はサラダと、キッシュ。柿のソースが美味しい。
●ほろほろ鳥とキャベツのトマトパスタ
さらっとして意外とピリ辛ですが、酸味とほのかな甘さの組み合わせがユニークなトマトソースです。美味しい。
繊細だけど大胆。
パスタは細いけどコシがあり美味しい。
●牡蠣とカブのクリームパスタ
さすがに牡蠣自体がおおぶりで新鮮ですねえ。
クリームソースも、牡蠣のエキスが溶け込んで濃厚です。
食べ進むと少し塩辛いけど、美味しい。
こちらのパスタは若干太めでモチモチしてます。これも美味しい。
●ドルチェ
ランチには+300円でドルチェが付きます。
タルトタタンは、酸味と甘さのバランスが絶品ですねえ。これは素晴らしい。
これだけ食べに来ても良いくらい。
さて、料理は隅々まで気配りが感じられるのですが、フロアの店員さんが臨時なのかな？不慣れなようで．．．（詳細は省きますが）
美味しいけど、気疲れする店には、もう来ないかなあ。
