用務地の盛岡の方が懇親会をこちらに手配してくれました。
個室を少し広めに使わせていただきました。
大皿からの取り分けは一切なく、全て、個々人にお膳の形で提供されます。新たな生活様式を踏まえた、新たな提供様式でしょうか。これもこれで問題がないわけではなく、のんびりマイペースで頂いていると、次のお膳が来てしまい、慌てる羽目になります。出されたものはいずれも見た目に楽しく、舌に楽しく、でしたが、「岩手の居酒屋」を標榜しつつ、食に関しては強い岩手感は感じられませんでした。
オプションで手配してくれた岩手の地酒飲み放題。こちらは岩手感を7種類ほどの地酒から楽しめます。個人的には、八幡平の「鷲の尾 金印」が上品な甘さで気に入りました。
そのように地酒を頂きながらしゃべっていると、男性店員さん、「次のお客様の関係で、そろそろお願いします」と、撤収催促。つれないなあ、と思う一方、夜の経済が地方都市でも確実に回復する兆しと思えば、喜ばしいことです。
