場所は他のレビュアーの方が書かれているので割愛させて頂きます。
今回で３回目の訪問。２回目の訪問でみそ汁があることを知り、今回でサラダが食べ放題とデザートがあることを知りました(笑)
盛岡にはステーキ専門店が数件ありますが、最近のお気に入りですね。
私的にはテーブル席があるのがお気に入りのポイントです。（もちろん肉の味もありますが…）
某老舗ではスタッフの焼いてやってる的な態度が気に障り、
某店では席数が少ないため他のお客さんに気を遣いながら会話をしなければならず…
そういう点では、テープル席があるこの店は重宝してます。
それと焼いてくれるスタッフの肉に対する愛情を感じる店です。
焼き方やサービスの提供はいま一歩の点もありますが、愛情はないよりも重要たと思います。
さて味です。
今回は３名で伺ったのでフィレ・ロース・シャトーブリアンと３種類頂きました。
肉は問題なく美味しいです。価格なりという言い方もできますが…。
焼き方はスタッフに言えば好みに応じてくれます。
野菜もできる限り地産地消でいいですね。
ワインも豊富に揃っていて満足度は高いです。
ただ改善をお願いしたい点として
メニューを決める時に「本日シャトーブリアンはコース○○円、単品○○円です」と全員に説明するのは…
客単価が高い店としてはどうなんでしょう？
普通はホスト客に聞かれたら教えるべきかな？と思います。
接待等で使う際は予約時にメニューもオーダーしといた方が無難です。
まあ悪い点もありますが、間違いなく美味しいステーキを外食したい時には
これからも行きます。
