Spicy Fish Takeichi (Super spicy 100)
[Spicy Fish Takeichi (Super Spicy 100)] 790 yen ☆4.0 Located along National Route 106, Takeichi Sohonten is a place where you can eat spicy Ramen. It seems that it is no longer open at night, but since this is official information I cannot edit it. This time I ordered the classic Spicy Fish Takeichi for the first time in a while. I've given up on the super spicy ones, so I'll go with 100 for now. At 100 it's quite spicy, but just right for those who like it spicy. It's been a while since I've had it, but I feel like the deliciousness of the soup has returned. I'll come again!
Stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (large, super spicy 100)
[Stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (extra large, super spicy 100)] 980 yen ☆4.0 I remember being completely hooked on Karauo Takeichi, a delicious spicy Ramen in Higashiyama, and going there once a week. I recently visited on a weekend night and it was closed. I wonder if they've stopped opening at night. Even now, whenever I have a craving for spicy Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), I remember this place. I've stopped eating super spicy food, so I'll give it a rating of 100. The vegetables taste great on the piping hot stone. They blend in well with the noodles and are quite tasty. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) is great!
Stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (super spicy 200)
[Stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (Super Spicy 200)] 840 yen ☆4.0 "Takeichi Sohonten" in Higashiyama, where the spicy Ramen was delicious I was totally hooked on Karauo Takeichi, and I remember going there once a week. I haven't been going there much lately, probably because they changed the way they add spiciness. This time, I missed their stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) so I visited for the first time in a while. The soup here is boiling away in a stone pot. The flavor is soaked into the bean sprouts, and I love eating it like this. I tried it for the first time in a while, and the spiciness was just right, and it was quite tasty. It's not open on weekday evenings, so I don't get many opportunities to go, but I'd like to go again!

"Takeichi Shoten" has a wide variety of menu items starting with seafood soup.
Our recommended ramen is "Spicy Fish Takeichi Ramen" ☆ It is a pork bone ramen based on seafood soup, and although it looks a little thick with back fat, it is surprisingly light ramen! Also, our orig |
[Stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (Super spicy 100)] 840 yen ☆4.0 "Takeichi Sohonten" in Higashiyama used to have delicious spicy Ramen. It's now only open during the day, so it's become harder to visit. However, I quite like the spicy Ramen here, so I visit when I have time. The stone-grilled Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) comes in a piping hot bowl with plenty of soup and vegetables. The flavor permeates the vegetables well, making it quite delicious. They still offer a free raw egg and rice. As expected, it's delicious!
