盛岡の街を少し歩くと、良さそうなお店に目が止まるものです。
早くやってる「大石」さんで軽く呑んで暖まったら、以前から気になっていたコチラのお店に訪問です。
風除室をはさんで2枚の引き戸を開けると店内です。
元気なお兄さんが迎えてくれます。
広島カープを意識したような真っ赤な野球帽とユニフォームが面白い！
カウンター席に着席でメニューを確認。
予習しておいた焼き餃子、男のハイボール390円税抜を注文いたします。
登場したハイボールは凍らせたシャーベット状のウィスキーにレモンが搾られ、炭酸水を注いでお箸で混ぜていただくスタイルです。
氷ばかりのハイボールよりウィスキーが濃くてたくさん呑めます！
餃子380円税抜は小ぶりのですがプリプリで美味しい！
卓上の調味料や辛味生姜で味変を堪能します。
二杯目は八仙のおりがらみをいただきます。
八仙は八戸のお酒で岩手で売ってるお店が少なそうです。
日本酒の味が濃くて甘めで飲みやすい。
この時点で3軒ほど飲み歩く目論みが崩れ、居心地がいいので料理と男のハイボールを追加です。
2杯目のハイボールも味が濃くて、氷で薄まる心配がありません。
料理は唐揚げに決定！
タン刺しと迷いましたが、食べたことないものより安心を選びました。
唐揚げは片栗粉を使った竜田揚げタイプですね。
一つづつがボリュームがあって美味しい！
すでに味がしっかり付いてますが、卓上調味料でさらに味変です。
餃子用タレと自家製ラー油が唐揚げにあうー
ハイボールがススムー！
絶妙の組み合わせで、大満足で店をでました。
合計2600円ほど。
面白いメニューがたくさんあったのでまた行きます。
