Morioka City Vegetable Garden. A high-class Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that opened last year on the second floor of Hotel Royal Morioka. (This is the location where the relocated ``Mankakyo'' was located.) This is a restaurant where you can enjoy ``Morioka Beef'', which is Japanese black beef raised in Tamayama, Morioka City. The restaurant is all spacious and has private table seating, so you can eat slowly. However, ordering is done via touch panel. .. .. I'm not good at it because I can't see the whole picture. (The following does not include tax, by the way, I requested salt for all orders.) ●Morioka Beef Special Kalbi ¥2,600 Oh, it's almost sashimi. Just leave it on a plate and the fat will melt. Just a quick grilling will burn the fat and cause a flame to rise. ●Top ribs ¥2,250 ●Kalbi ¥1,400 There are four types of short ribs, including ``Nakaochi ribs'' (¥1,850), which were out of stock.``Kalbi'' is the meat type. It's the cheapest. I can't really feel the difference between the two above, but the upper ribs have a slightly finer marbling. But with this price difference, I would recommend Kocho Kalbi. Judging from the menu names, there seem to be four ranks of meat brands: "Morioka Beef," "Tankaku Beef," "Specially Selected Wagyu Beef," and Muji. (This time, I only ate two types: Morioka beef and Muji.) For reference, the most expensive one is the Tankaku Beef Chateaubriand, ¥5,800.There are two types of dipping sauces: soy sauce-based and lemon-based. It's simple and elegant. Although the grill is gas-fired, it has a smoke exhaust duct around the stove, so almost no smoke is emitted. ●Thick-sliced skirt steak ¥1750 ●Beef offal ¥1100 Probably Marucho and Geara. Gyuhoru is delicious. ●Changja ¥550 ●Kimchi platter ¥880 ●Morioka Cold Noodles ¥1000 The broth is almost transparent and has an elegant taste. The black pepper condiment definitely goes well. The spiciness (kakuteki) is served on a separate plate, but there wasn't enough so I asked for another. Kimchi is the same, but it has a thick, heavy spiciness. The drinks are also fairly priced: ・Premol draft (glass) ¥700 ・Kaku highball (glass) ¥700. Overall, I think the quality of the meat is commensurate with the price, but on the way there was a flash of flame in the oil, but the staff didn't take any action when they saw it. Come to think of it, they probably didn't replace the net either. I guess it was busy that day as the other private rooms were full. Well, I wrote "luxury", but in terms of price it's somewhere between Ginga Imperial Palace and Daidoen. We paid the bill at the table and said thank you for the meal.
