盛岡の駅で無添加で、気になっていたお店の路面店というか、老舗の和菓子屋さんの洋菓子部門というかでした。
こちらも近くの会館の観光案内所のお姉さんからの紹介です。
駅で売ってないものをと聞いたら生クリームのどら焼きと、サンドイッチということで、生クリームどら焼きを買うことにしました。他は翌日帰る前に駅で買えばいいかなと。
随分散策してホテルに戻ってから食べてみました。
優しい味で、甘さはメロンの甘さが一番で、生クリームも餡も軽くてとても爽やかな夏のどら焼きでした。皮もとても軽くて生地感が主張しないのでほんとうに食べやすかったです。
