今回は小岩井～雫石近辺をドライビン=3

お蕎麦で満たされた後は、スイーツですよね！
ようやく来れました♪
ちょっと小高い所にちっちゃなお店と工房があります。
でも皆さんご存知ですね～スイーツタイムのピークでしょう、混んでます！
店内に入ると、売り切れ商品のご案内がありました。
それでも購入してみたいお品が色々あり、迷います～

量り売りと言うか重さ売り？なので、予算から選ぶと言うのもありですね。
最初から決めていた「ストリングチーズ」と「ソフトクリーム カマンベールチーズ」(連れとシェア)、調理法の紹介お写真で気になった「焼けるチーズ」を購入！

ソフトクリーム カマンベールチーズ：まるでレアチーズ！食べ進めると慣れて来るのですが、それ以上濃くすると喉が渇きそうな感じになると思うので、その境目のバランスが絶妙だと思いました。

ストリングチーズ：とても柔らかく、マイルドミルキーでした。
焼けるチーズ：翌日の朝食にトーストしたパンと共に。焼き立て熱々のうちに頂くと、焼き面のカリっ＆キュッとした食感、チーズのモッツァレラに近いミルキーさにやや効いている塩分が良いですね。贅沢感のある朝食になりました！

焼けるチーズ、お試し的に小さ目をチョイスしましたが、大きいのにしても良かったかも(笑)

連れが購入して美味しかったと言っていた、チーズの味噌漬けも気になっています(笑)
