コシのある麺にスッキリスープ。
辛味が別皿で漬物なのがいい感じ。
チャーシュー麺にしようと思ってお店の方に「チャーシューの肉は何ですか？」と聞いたら「？？豚です。」との事。
バラ、もも、ロースとか部位を聞きたかったんだが聞き方が悪かった笑
急にどうでも良くなって冷麺をオーダー、結果美味しかったのでヨシッ！
