花巻市松園町の『イル・クォーレ』さんに行ってまいりました。
ランチタイムに通り掛かると広々とした駐車場はいつも満車御礼…(^_^;)
遅めの時間に訪問しましたら、運よく駐車出来ました♪
本日のランチのさわらと長ネギケッパーソースを注文♪
店内は奥様チームやサラリーマン、家族連れ等で賑わっています。
まずは卵スープとサラダが登場(^o^)
スープ…沸騰させたんぢゃないか？ってくらい熱かったです…(^_^;)
続いて、パンとメインが登場♪
パリっと表面を焼かれたさわらに、長ネギとケッパーのソースという意外な組み合わせでしたが、パンに付けて頬張ると美味しい(o^〜^o)
ソース残さずパンに付けて戴きました♪（無作法？？汗）
食後にアイスティーを戴きました。
イタリアンと云うよりは、和風のテイストを感じる内容でした(^_^;)
パスタのランチセット等もあり、次回はそちらも食べてみたいです♪
